Cranbrook Art Museum and the Arts League
of Michigan are working in partnership with WVMV-FM Smooth Jazz V98.7 to
present “American Summer: Music
on the Green”, a summer music series at Cranbrook Art Museum’s
Peristyle and at Campus Martius Park in Detroit. The series will take
place at Cranbrook on four consecutive Thursday evenings; July 10, 17,
24, and 31 at 7:00p -8:30p, and at Campus Martius Park on four
consecutive Friday afternoons; July 11, 18, and Aug 1 at 11:30a-1:30p.
The concert on July 25th will be 2:00p- 3:15p.

Mentorship Program for gifted and talented students.
Programs include; Artists Studio,
Jazz in the Studio, The Art in the Park and
Jazz Camp summer programs
and the Artists Mentors in
Residence. Call to find out how a young person you know can
participate in this creative and exciting artistic learning experience.
